Challenge

Manor Roofing expanded their business and created new departments to offer the full range of exterior services for windows & doors, siding, gutters, decks, and screened-in porches. Initially, their local market was unaware of these new offerings. The company was ready to expand with a larger sales team but needed a reliable strategy to guarantee lead volume for the expanded sales efforts.

Solution

When starting our campaigns, the initial plan was to improve what was already happening before jumping into new marketing objectives. We quickly gained 30% better results with the same Ad Spend, which allowed for some slight budget increases based on the predictability of lead cost. We immediately started SEO and content strategies, generating specific blog content to target better local rankings against competitors. Challenge

The goal for our campaigns initially was to grow lead volume across the business, but over time it became clear that it was also important to maintain residential lead volume increases with a primary objective of scaling the commercial sector for the business.

Solution

Our initial goal is always to race to profitability, so we aren’t wasting a client’s budget. We launched with a heavy focus on residential maintenance agreements and were able to quickly generate an increase of 40 leads per month from Google Ads. We provided a content strategy for the internal marketing team to manage alongside our onsite and offsite SEO efforts. With 26 top-performing keywords in the top 3 rankings locally, we have increased organic traffic by over 2500 visitors annually.

Result

Using the range of our services to grow leads and site traffic, we have been able to beat industry standards for lead cost by 90%, with an average cost per lead of $27 across both residential and commercial leads. Generating nearly 312 new leads annually has led to company growth and the need for more vehicles and service members. They also saw a 75% increase in organic website traffic YOY

Challenge

Splintered Forest had grown in 2021 and expanded their team, which created a higher demand for consistent leads. Alongside this, the secondary goal was to grow the Fire Mitigation side of the business. Splintered Forest excelsin offering commercial fire mitigation services, which have become more of a focus along the front range in Colorado due to increased forest fires. They historically experienced a lot of seasonality in their services.

Solution

To get started, we concentrated our efforts toward improving existing Google Ads campaigns. We found that the ad spend was insufficient for the business goals and immediately focused on improving conversion value through digital ads. We worked on technical SEO and site load time improvements initially, as well as keyword research and targeting on key landing pages. We began a new website project to improve the User Experience and SEO potential with better content publishing opportunities.

Result

Our efforts led to exceptional growth for the company in 2022. Increased lead volume made way for them to expand the business with additional crews and equipment.
